Description
Lo Sparviere's Franciacorta Satèn is made from Chardonnay grown on clay soils in Provaglio d'Iseo, with a north-east exposure and an altitude between 150 and 200 meters. This exclusive Franciacorta style expresses elegance and creaminess from the very first sip.
After a gentle pressing, 80% of the must ferments in steel tanks and the remaining 20% in tonneaux, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wines rest on the lees until blending and then age in the bottle for at least 24 months.
The wine is straw yellow with fine perlage. On the nose, it offers floral notes and brioche, while on the palate it is full, creamy, and enveloping, with a beautiful overall harmony.
Ideal with delicate appetizers, fish, or white meats.
