Description

This Symbiotic was born inside the Villa Crespia estate, located in the extraordinary Franciacorta area.

Obtained exclusively from symbiotic Chardonnay grapes, thanks to the reduction of pesticides and the use of microbiological consortia, this sparkling wine ages on the lees for at least 7 months. It is a unique product: unfiltered, unclarified, stabilized and absent from any potentially allergenic additive.

The Symbiotic of Villa Crespia has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense and very elegant aroma of ripe fruit, white flowers and brioches. In the mouth it is fresh and medium-bodied, with a good fruity and fruity finish.

Perfect in combination with appetizers and fish risotto, it goes very well with the aperitif moment.
