Franciacorta Blanc de Noir Eronero is produced only in the most favorable years, from Pinot Noir grapes from two Erbusco vineyards.

The Pinot Noir grapes are vinified in whole bunches with the marmonnier press, an ancient pressing system that guarantees the utmost respect for the characteristics of these grapes. The must is then vinified and sparkled with the classic method, with a very long rest on the lees for 84 months.

Complex and persistent on the palate, this precious Franciacorta amazes with an intense golden yellow color with amber reflections, which is the background for a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has elegant aromas with delicious notes of blackberry and raspberry, which anticipate excellent persistence and structure.

An extra brut of the highest level, perfect for a sophisticated aperitif or even throughout the meal with a menu of fish and shellfish.
