The Millé in an unmissable vintage. Yellow plum, candied cedar, and lychee on the nose, with a nice spiciness of sage. Good compactness on the palate, savoriness, and a crunchy and persistent finish.

Description

Special Edition in an extremely limited production of 2000 bottles of the Millè from the Muratori winery, released in the Riserva version after a total aging on the lees of over 13 years.

It originates from only Chardonnay grapes, whose vinification takes place traditionally in white. After the malolactic fermentation, which starts spontaneously, this sparkling wine ages in steel for over 30 months and in the bottle for an additional 130 months before being released to the market.

This Franciacorta Brut Riserva presents itself with a straw yellow color and an extraordinarily fine perlage. On the nose, ripe yellow stone fruit plays a leading role, complemented by elegant citrus hints and spices. On the palate, it is structured and harmonious, while still evoking the extreme freshness and liveliness reminiscent of the Millè base.

Perfect to accompany rich and elegant dishes, it is ideal when paired with local cured meats and cheeses or as an aperitif.
