Frascati Superiore DOCG Vigneto Santa Teresa 2015 Fontana Candida

Frascati Superiore Santa Teresa di Fontana Candida was born in vineyards located in Santa Teresa, in the municipality of Rome.

It is produced with Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Puntinata del Lazio, Trebbiano Toscano and Greco grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.

Santa Teresa is characterized by a light gold color. The nose opens with a delicate floral bouquet, enriched with pleasant spicy sage notes. On the palate it is full, pleasantly soft and fresh. The wine has a distinct persistent sweet almond base.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
