Description

The Chardonnay of the La Tunella company comes from vineyards located in the famous DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, harvested when fully ripe and then softly pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C for about 30-40 days. Subsequently the wine ages in steel tanks with frequent batonnage. Refinement in glass follows.

This Chardonnay has an intense straw yellow color, more intense during aging. The nose opens fragrant, with hints reminiscent of small ripe tropical fruits, pineapple and white flowers. On the palate it proves noble and elegant, light-bodied, with a good overall liveliness.

To be consumed during the first year of life, it is excellent as an aperitif and indicated in combination with lean appetizers, soups, egg and fish dishes.
