Description
The Friuli Colli Orientali Traminer Aromatico di Zorzettig is born in vineyards located in the Udine municipality of Cividale, in the heart of the Friuli hills.
It is produced with pure Traminer Aromatic grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a short cold maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers until bottling.
This Zorzettig Aromatic Traminer is characterized by a golden yellow color. The nose opens with characteristic aromas of rose, mugwort and lime blossom. In the mouth it is dry and soft, with a delicate and persistent aftertaste that follows the sensations perceived by the nose.
This wine is perfect to accompany fish crudités, seafood and delicate appetizers.
