Description

The Chardonnay of Puiatti's Signature line originates from the vineyards of the locality of Zuccole, located in the municipality of Romans d'Isonzo, in Gorizia.

100% Chardonnay wine, harvested only by hand in the second decade of September. The must ferments in white at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C. Maturation follows in steel and then in bottle, before the subsequent marketing.

Straw yellow in color, it has a very clean citrus and pineapple smell. On the palate it is fragrant and round, with a satisfying freshness that invites you to drink.

Ideal with appetizers, fish and white meats, it lends itself particularly well to accompany the aperitif moment.
