Description

Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte Malvasia Dis Cumieris of the Vie di Romans winery originates from the vineyard of the same name, located in the municipality of Mariano del Friuli, in the province of Gorizia.

It is produced exclusively with Malvasia Istriana grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the second half of September. After a short maceration at low temperatures, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-19 ° C, for 18 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 8 months in the same containers and for another 10 months in the bottle, before being marketed.

The Dis Cumieris of Vie di Romans has a golden yellow color. The nose opens with intense aromas of mandarin and medlar, enriched with notes of linden and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is savory and fresh, with a beautiful persistence.

Perfect to accompany marinara first courses, grilled or fried fish, this wine is ideal in combination with eggs and pizza.
