Description
The Bianco Garda Centofilari is a refined white wine produced in the Garda region by Gerardo Cesari. It is primarily composed of Garganega grapes with a touch of Chardonnay, grown on loamy soils with a good supply of skeleton and limestone.
The winemaking process takes place in stainless steel and follows a classic white winemaking method at a controlled temperature of 16°C. After fermentation, the wine remains on the lees for 2 months. The total aging period lasts 6 months, allowing the wine to develop a balanced structure and a lively freshness.
On the nose, the Bianco Garda Centofilari releases aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, it offers a fresh entry with well-defined acidity and a sapidity that enhances its drinkability, making it balanced and persistent.
This white wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes and fresh salads.
