Description

Palladino's Gavi del Comune di Gavi is made from 100% Cortese grapes grown within the Gavi area, expressing an elegant and terroir-driven style typical of this Piedmontese denomination. It is a fresh, highly drinkable white wine that successfully marries aromatic finesse with enjoyable character.

The winemaking process is focused on preserving the varietal characteristics of the grape, with manual harvesting and methods that enhance freshness and aromatic purity. This approach results in a balanced, harmonious wine that truly represents its territory.

It offers a fragrant and delicate profile, with fruity and floral notes accompanied by mineral nuances. On the palate it is dry and elegant, supported by good acidity which brings balance and vivacity, leading to a slightly almondy finish.

It pairs well with starters, light first courses, fish, and shellfish, and is also enjoyable with mild cheeses.
