Description
Enzo Bartoli's Gavi is born in the hills of the province of Alessandria, on calcareous-clay-marl soils that give the wine elegance and finesse. Made from Cortese grapes, it represents one of the noblest expressions of Piedmontese white wines, characterized by a refined and harmonious style that reflects its region of origin.
The harvest generally takes place in mid-September, when the grapes reach perfect ripeness. White vinification includes fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, a technique that preserves freshness, aromatic character, and expressive purity.
In the glass, it shows a straw yellow color of medium intensity. On the nose, it is fine and delicate, with elegant and characteristic aromas. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and pleasantly balanced, with a freshness that enhances its drinkability.
Ideal with appetizers, salads, and fish-based dishes.
