Description

A pure Pinot Noir born in a dream landscape in New Zealand. "Urlar", which in the language means "The Earth", is a splendid biodynamic reality that develops in 31 hectares of vineyards and gives life to the homonymous Pinot Noir.

Produced from Pinot Noir grapes from different Waipara vineyards, the wine is the result of traditional red winemaking. Refine for 25% in French oak barrels.

It is an extremely evocative wine for all our senses and has an intense ruby red color with intense garnet reflections. A spicy and fruity bouquet envelops the nose, with evident notes of ripe red fruit and hints of cedar. In the mouth it almost manages to envelop the palate in a velvety way, with a good body and excellent freshness, which completes the taste with mineral flavors.

It is a particularly suitable wine to accompany second courses based on red meat, excellent with lamb and duck.
