Description
Grappa di Barolo Stravecchia which also marks the history of the Montanaro distillery thanks to its label. Obtained from a selection of Nebbiolo pomace from Barolo, following the distillation it ages in Slavonian oak barrels.
Grappa with a straw yellow color typical of a long aging, it offers an aromatic range on the nose that traces the most characteristic aromas of the starting grape variety, well blended with the sensations perceived on the palate. In the mouth it is soft and velvety.
Perfect to serve at the end of a lavish meal.
Although it is to all intents and purposes a grappa obtained from the distillation of marc, the historical name "Acquavite di Barolo" is still kept on the label.
