Description
The Sicily Grillo Zagra of Valle dell'Acate was born in vineyards located in the Ragusa area of Acate, in the heart of Eastern Sicily.
It is produced entirely with Grillo grapes, harvested exclusively by hand between the middle and the end of August. After traditional white vinification, the wine ages in steel for 4 months and for another 4 months in bottle before being released on the market.
The Zagra di Valle dell'Acate has a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with a complex and characteristic aroma of white flowers, enriched with fresh mineral notes. On the palate it is broad and well structured, with a marked flavor that accompanies a pleasantly persistent finish.
Perfect for accompanying seafood, it is ideal in combination with fried fish or vegetables.
