Description

Isaac beer is from the Classics of the Piedmontese Baladin brewery. It represents a revolutionary beer in the Italian brewing scene. A white beer, which looks to the ancient Belgian tradition of blanche.

It has a very soft apricot color and a creamy foam. The nose gives a pleasant scent of citrus fruit which is accompanied by spicy notes of coriander and yeasts. In the mouth an elegant freshness prevails with strong hints of coriander and orange peel.

This beer is perfect to accompany the aperitif moment, it is also interesting to experiment it with light appetizers or dishes based on vegetables and fish.
