Description

Bàcco is a red with a strong and expressive territorial character.

It originates from the vineyards owned by the Siddùra winery, located in the municipality of Luogosanto in the province of Sassari. Located at an altitude of about 250 meters, the soils of this area are defined by a calcareous and clayey composition. The harvest takes place manually between the end of September and the beginning of October. The bunches are softly pressed and the must is sent for alcoholic fermentation. It matures in the presence of its own fine lees in steel containers and 10 hL barrels, and is then bottled and refined for at least 2 months before release.

Its color is intense ruby red, to the eye. The bouquet is clearly fruity and reminiscent of cherry, morello cherry and raspberry, on a scented background of musk. In the mouth it is fresh and well integrated with all its components. Periste in the crunchy fruit and in the pleasantness of drinking.

Ideal to accompany a platter of mixed cold cuts.
