Description
Ca 'Nova's Jad'Or sparkling wine is born in vineyards located in the north of Piedmont, in the municipality of Ghemme.
It is produced exclusively from Erbaluce grapes, which are vinified following the rules of the Metodo Classico. The minimum aging on the lees is 24 months.
It is characterized by a straw yellow colour and a fine perlage. The nose opens with a bouquet of white flowers, fresh white fruit and bread crust. The taste is fresh and with a good persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes well with light appetizers, fried fish and fresh cheeses.
