Jumilla DOP Joven Organic 2015 Casa de la Ermita

The Joven of Casa de la Ermita was born in the vineyards of the Spanish company, located in the heart of the famous Jumilla denomination.

Produced with a blend of Monastrell and Syrah grapes, grown following an organic regime, this wine, after the red vinification processes, ages in stainless steel tanks, before bottling.

The Joven of Casa de la Ermita has a very bright purple red color. The nose offers fruity aromas of cherries, plums, almost confectioned. In the mouth it is aromatic, intense and very fresh, with a great fruity flavor that does not allow to perceive the good alcohol content.

This red expresses its best in the first year of life. It goes perfectly with roasts and red meats, but also with typical Spanish cured meats.
