Description
Casa Rojo's Jumilla Macho Man Monastrell was born in vineyards located in Jumilia, a municipality in the region of Murcia, known internationally for the wine that bears its name.
It is produced exclusively with Monastrell grapes, harvested only by hand. The wine ages in oak barrels for 4 months. The grapes of Casa Rojo wines are harvested and processed with the utmost respect for the natural qualities of the varieties, expressing the true essence of the terroir of origin.
It is characterized by an intense garnet red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with aromas of red fruits, enriched with pleasant balsamic notes. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly silky and with a sweet sensation of tannins.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
