Description
The Lake of Caldaro Classico Superiore di Tramin was born in the vineyards located in the area of Termeno, in the heart of South Tyrol.
It is produced exclusively with Schiava grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Once de-stemmed, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C.
This Lake of Caldaro is characterized by a light ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints, enriched with delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is pleasantly soft and fruity, with a slight aroma of bitter almonds.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and typical Tyrolean specialties, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and white meats.
