Description

The Lambrusco di Sorbara Premium Mention Honorabe Secco di Cleto Chiarli was born in the heart of the Lambrusco Grasparossa area in the municipality of Castelvetro.

It is produced from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes all harvested and carefully selected by hand. After a slight maceration, there is the drawing off of the must and its consequent refrigeration. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature inside the cuve.

Lambrusco di Sorbara Premium Mention Honorabe Secco is characterized by a bright light yellow color with pink reflections. The nose opens with intense and pleasing notes of ripe red fruits. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly acidic and savory. This wine is characterized by a fine and effervescent foam.

It is excellent to combine with pasta dishes with light meat sauces, it is ideal in combination with second courses of stewed meat.
