Description

The Langhe Chardonnay of Sabaudo aims to enhance the white grape variety "prince" of France, associated on the label to the then King Napoleon III, ally of the Kingdom of Sardinia in the Second War of Independence.

The harvest takes place manually in boxes. After pressing, the must is transferred to a thermo-controlled stainless steel tank where it is decanted overnight. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, which takes place in French oak tonneaux, it matures for 12 months in steel and in first and fourth passage French oak tonneaux.

It shines in the glass of a deep straw yellow with golden reflections. Satisfy your sense of smell with intense aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit, on captivating notes of butter and dried fruit. Balanced and harmonious, the sip is opulent and confirms the olfactory sensations, which close in a long creamy finish, well balanced by a moderate freshness.

It goes perfectly with first courses of fish and risotto, white meats, molluscs and soft cheeses.
