Langhe DOC Arneis 2015 Cascina Carlot

The Langhe Arneis of Cascina Carlot was born in vineyards located in Coazzolo, on the hills between Monferrato and the Langhe, in Piedmont.

It is produced exclusively with Arneis grapes, harvested only by hand. After a maceration and a cold decantation, the grapes ferment at a temperature of 15 ° C for about 10 days.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with fresh floral aromas, enriched with pleasant almond notes. On the palate it is balanced, with an elegant body and good complexity.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
