Description
Bruno Rocca's Rabajà rosé wine was born in the Langhe, in this cellar that has been cultivating vineyards in the Barbaresco area for over 50 years. The estate covers about fifteen hectares, with parcels in different areas of the appellation.
The wine is made up exclusively of Nebbiolo grapes, which are vinified with whole bunch maceration for approx. 2 days in thermocontrolled steel tanks.
Of a claret pink color, it is expressed on the nose with aromas of pink and red flowers and red fruits. The fresh sip, with a fruity and pleasant finish.
To be combined with fish in tomato sauce, tuna steak and cured meats.
