Description

Langhe Nebbiolo Ester Canale Rosso is an excellence of the Giovanni Rosso winery, the famous producer of Serralunga d'Alba. Famous above all for masterful interpretations of some of the most famous crus of the Barolo lands, he also produces a Nebbiolo of exceptional quality in a few thousand bottles.

Ester Canale Rosso originates from a particularly suitable parcel, wonderfully exposed to midday. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are fermented in concrete tanks with maceration for about 3 weeks. Before bottling, the wine rests for 12 months in French oak barrels of 25 hectoliters.

The color is ruby red with bright nuances, the bouquet offers delicate floral notes of violet and dried rose petals, licorice root, aromas of small red berries and delicate spices. The sip is intense and fragrant, with a fruit that is still crunchy and a fresh and savory finish.
