Description
Lazio Viognier Soente di Falesco was born in an experimental company vineyard, in which every agronomic operation is aimed at obtaining balanced grapes, capable of giving fresh and savory wines.
It is produced with Viognier grapes and other grape qualities, all grown in the same vineyard and subjected to cryomaceration before being fermented in steel at 13 - 15 ° C, in order to enhance the different aromatic characteristics that characterize the wine. Once bottled, it rests for at least 4 months before being marketed.
The Soente has a yellow color with greenish reflections, which herald its freshness. The bouquet is of great impact, with pleasant citrus notes and nuances of white flowers. In the mouth it is enveloping, with a savory and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with courses based on fish and shellfish.
