Description

Merlot Cesenese Esh was born in Lazio and is Kosher (Mevushal) certified wine according to the rules of Jewish nutrition, under the control of Badatz Bet Yosef, the OU, the Bet Din of Rome and with the authorization of the Central Rabbinate of Israel.

Produced with Merlot and Cesenese grapes, it is a red wine characterized by an intense ruby red color. The olfactory bouquet denotes complex and refined aromas, with a particular accent on ripe red pulp fruits and berries, enriched with notes reminiscent of morello cherry, and spicy hints of vanilla and tobacco. On the palate it is dry, full, with a great structure. Very harmonious, this red wine has a soft tannic component and a persistent taste.

Ideal to be served with meat dishes, especially roasts, grilled or grilled meats. Excellent also in combination with savory meat sauces and aged cheeses.
