Description
Trebbiano Malvasia Tal was born in Lazio, as Kosher and Mevushal wine and is Kosher (Mevushal) certified wine according to the rules of Jewish nutrition, under the control of Badatz Bet Yosef, the OU, the Bet Din of Rome and with the authorization of the Central Rabbi of Israel.
Produced with Trebbiane and Malvasia grapes, it is a wine with a straw yellow color, enriched with light golden reflections. The nose opens with intense and elegant aromas, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple and nuances of honey and vanilla. On the palate it is dry, with a full flavor and excellent structure. Overall it is a pleasantly fresh wine, with a very long retro-olfactory persistence.
An important white wine, the Tal is ideal to accompany well-structured dishes, based on fish or white meats. Also perfect in combination with medium and long-aged cheeses.
