Lessini Durello Brut DOC Torre dei Vescovi

The Lessini Durello Brut Sparkling Wine of the Torre dei Vescovi di Colli Vicentini line is born in high-hill vineyards, located in the heart of Lessinia, in the province of Vicenza.

It is produced exclusively with Durella grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at low temperatures, according to the Charmat method, with selected yeasts.

It is characterized by a pale straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet of marine notes and white fruit. On the palate it is slightly aggressive and fresh, excellently harmonious.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish dishes. Particularly suitable to combine with "Vicenza-style cod".
