Description

The Lugana Riserva Borghetta di Avanzi comes from the homonymous field, located in the ancient Vigna di Bragagna, in the heart of the DOC Lugana.

It is the result of a careful selection of Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, harvested in the first ten days of September. After being subjected to a soft pressing, the must ferments partly in stainless steel at controlled temperature and partly in new Allier oak barrels for 10 months. Followed by refinement in crica bottle for 6 months.

It has a straw yellow color. Pleasant citrus and exotic fruit notes stand out on the nose. The taste is of good flavor, richness and persistence.

Perfect with first courses of seafood, this wine enhances young cheeses such as pecorino or taleggio.
