Description

This Lugana is part of the Torre del Falasco line of the Cantina Valpantena, a top selection of one of the most important realities of the homonymous territory.

It is produced only from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, cold macerated for a short period and softly pressed, then sent to the fermentation process that takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

It is straw yellow in color with greenish hues. The nose perceives notes of white flowers and fruits, enriched with balsamic notes and officinal plants. On the palate it is dry and full of character, of great freshness.

Excellent in the company of fish and fresh cheeses, it is ideal to serve fresh as an aperitif.
