Magma Vapori di Birra

Magma beer represents the American Amber Ale of the Pisan brewery Vapori di Birra. In fact, this artisan amber takes up the American brass style with the aim of offering a double malt with a unique and captivating taste.

It is characterized by an amber color, with a fine and persistent foam. The nose offers very fresh notes of grapefruit and lemon, with hints of pineapple conferred by the citrus hops used. On the palate it shows a structured body beer, with an elegant and important flavor, where to the caramelized notes of malts are added delicate fruity sensations and a non-invasive bitterness.

Magma should be tried with heavily loaded dishes such as roasts, game or grilled red meats. It is also excellent with aged cheeses or a good well-stuffed pizza.
