Description

The Riserva San Lorenzo is a white produced only in the best vintages from the Fattoria San Lorenzo winery in Montecarotto in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region.

100% Verdicchio, intended for a very long aging of 140 months in concrete and steel tanks. Complete its maturation process with a stop in the bottle for about 12 months.

Golden yellow, intense and bright, at sight. Its scent recalls notes of candied fruit, peach, apricot and tropical fruit, honey and yellow flowers; all chiseled with menthol and ethereal notes following long aging. In the mouth it is velvety, with a dense and soft body but still fresh and balanced. Rich and tasty, it closes in an elegant and fine persistence.

Perfect to be combined with a Catalan lobster
