Marche IGT Frapiccì 2015 Fontezoppa

Frapiccì was born in the vineyards of Cantine Fontezoppa, located in the splendid hilly frame of Civitanova Marche.

This wine is produced by assembling Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, selected and harvested by hand. Vinification and maturation are carried out at controlled temperatures in steel tanks, where the product refines its organoleptic characteristics.

Frapiccì is characterized by a soft pink color with a good consistency. The nose has delicate and refined aromas of wild strawberries, pink grapefruit and pomegranate. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with fruity sensations that soften a little perceptible tannin.

Perfect with appetizers and first courses not too elaborate based on fish, it is ideal in combination with raw fish and sushi.
