Marsala Superiore DOC Vigna La Miccia Marco De Bartoli
Description
The Marsala Superiore Oro Vigna La Miccia of the Marco de Bartoli winery is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Samperi, in the heart of Western Sicily.
It is produced exclusively with Grillo grapes, harvested only by hand during the first ten days of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 4 years, and for further 6 months in bottle.
Vigna La Miccia is characterized by a golden yellow color with amber reflections. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, enriched with pleasant aromatic notes. On the palate it is enveloping, pleasantly sweet and velvety.
Perfect to accompany tortelli with pumpkin and fresh cheeses, it is ideal in combination with desserts and pastries.
