Description
The Merlot from the Spellbound winery is a Californian red wine produced in California.
The climate that affects the grapes depends on sunny days and cool nights which give the grapes a great aromatic fragrance and organoleptic harmony. After harvesting and fermentation, the wine ages in American oak for a short time before bottling.
Beautiful intense ruby red with violet reflections, it is a riot of red fruits, ripe plum and cherry hints, with slight hints of vanilla and a pleasant spicy note. On the palate it is soft with good acid tension and delicate tannins, medium-bodied and with a medium-long finish.
Wine to be consumed throughout the meal, it is perfect for introducing challenging courses based on red meats or for serving seasoned cold cuts.
