Description
Mesogaia Retsina di Papagiannakos was born in vineyards located in the historic Greek region of Attica.
It is produced with 100% Savatiano grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in mid-September. During fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C, the resin of the selected fine pine trees from the area is added.
The Papagiannakos Retsina has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a fragrant pine aroma with hints of lemon. On the palate it is fine and elegant, pleasantly balanced.
This wine is perfect to accompany Mediterranean appetizers and refined fish dishes.
