Description

Prosecco Superiore Rive di Santo Stefano Brut Millesimato represents one of the products of the Mionetto Luxury Collection. This wine comes from the vineyards of the Veneto company, located in the Rive di Santo Stefano sub-area, within the famous denomination of Prosecco Valdobbiadene.

Produced exclusively with Glera grapes, Prosecco Rive Santo Stefano is subjected to a soft pressing, before starting the sparkling process following the Charmat method, to best express the typical characteristics of the grape and the product.

Prosecco Superiore Rive di Santo Stefano Brut Millesimato is characterized by a straw yellow color, with soft greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers intense aromas of green apple, citrus fruits and pear, with delicate and refined notes of white flowers to harmoniously close the aromatic framework. On the palate it shows a perfect complicity between the very strong acid vein and a captivating flavor.

Perfect for refined aperitifs, it also goes very well with more important dishes based on crustaceans or raw fish. Excellent if combined with sushi.
