Description

The Moscato d'Asti of Tenimenti Ca 'Bianca was born in the heart of the rolling hills of the high Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria.

This sweet wine is made entirely from white Moscato grapes, slightly overripe. The winemaking process starts from an alcoholic fermentation carried out in an autoclave, which, undergoing a stoppage by cooling, leaves a pleasant sugary residue in the must, also found in the final product.

It shows a straw yellow color, accompanied by an elegant and fine perlage. The nose brings delicate and persuasive aromas, with notes of peach and sage and, in the background, citrus sensations. In the mouth it is sweet and clean, with citrus hints that, in the final, leave room for fruity aromas.

It combines divinely with dry pastries and desserts, ideal to accompany fresh cheeses or aperitif time.
