Moscato d'Asti DOCG Palás 2017 Michele Chiarlo

Moscato d'Asti from the Palás line by Michele Chiarlo comes to life from vineyards in the heart of the historic area best suited for the cultivation of the Moscato Bianco grape.

This wine is produced entirely with these grapes, which are harvested exclusively by hand and softly pressed whole. Fermentation takes place slowly in an autoclave at controlled temperature until the desired alcohol content is reached. Carbon dioxide developed naturally during the process gives rise to a slight effervescence.

Brilliant straw yellow in color, it shows notes of white flowers, sage and tropical fruits on the nose. The taste is balanced and fragrant, with a fresh, moderately sweet and sapid finish with pleasant persistence.

Wine for any occasion, it is particularly suitable to accompany fruit desserts and sorbets.
