Moscato d'Asti DOCG Sorì Camo 2013 Rapalino

Moscato d'Asti Sorì Camo comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Camo, in the extraordinary panorama of the Langhe, an ancient wine-growing area surrounded by rolling hills and historic vineyards.

It is produced exclusively with Moscato grapes. After pressing, the grapes are left to rest at low temperatures, so as not to allow the start of fermentation. Subsequently separated the must from its impurities, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks, which is stopped with a sharp drop in temperature.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with hints of peach, enriched with pleasant scents of acacia flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a balanced body and good persistence.

Perfect to accompany dry sweets and pastries, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
