Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2014 Tenuta L'Illuminata

Moscato D'Asti from Tenuta l'Illuminata comes from vineyards located in the La Mora area of Piedmont.

It is produced exclusively with Moscato grapes. After a soft pressing, which gives the wine its aroma, the grapes are made clear with a cold decantation. Subsequently the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks.

This Moscato D'Asti is characterized by a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent foam. The nose is clean and broad, opens with aromatic aromas, enriched with pleasant hints of sage, peach and exotic fruit. The taste gives a sweet and full flavor, with a pleasantly aromatic finish.

Perfect to accompany dry desserts and pastries such as fresh fruit tarts gently laid on a layer of jelly, jam or cream.
