Description

The Riesling Strasser Weinberge comes from vineyards in the village of Strass, located in the heart of the QbA Niederösterreich in southern Austria.

It is produced with only grapes of the Riesling variety. Fermentation takes place mainly in large oak vats and the remaining part in steel. It follows refinement of 6 months before the final bottling.

At sight it has a bright straw yellow color. It releases clear hints of citrus to the nose, to which are added elegant vegetable notes. In the mouth it is fresh and mineral, with great balance and pleasantness.

Excellent in combination with molluscs and crustaceans, it is recommended to serve fresh to accompany the aperitif moment.
