Description

This organic non-alcoholic sparkling rosé is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes grown in the sandy and limestone vineyards of the Mancha region in southern Spain. Produced according to strict organic and vegan standards, it represents a refined alternative for those seeking a wine experience without alcohol.

The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks using the traditional method, followed by a dealcoholization process through vacuum distillation, which helps to preserve the natural aromas. After a four-hour maceration, the wine is lightly carbonated to give it the typical effervescence of a sparkling wine.

It presents an elegant pale pink color and offers a delicate bouquet of ripe apple, enriched by a slight sweetness. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and pleasantly fruity, with a lively acidity that enhances its drinkability.

Perfect as a non-alcoholic alternative for aperitifs and snacks, it pairs easily with a variety of culinary preparations, making it ideal for those wishing to enjoy a wine without alcohol.
