This organic non-alcoholic sparkling rosé is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes grown in the sandy and limestone vineyards of the Mancha region in southern Spain. Produced according to strict organic and vegan standards, it represents a refined alternative for those seeking a wine experience without alcohol.
The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks using the traditional method, followed by a dealcoholization process through vacuum distillation, which helps to preserve the natural aromas.
