Description
Extra virgin olive oil produced 100% from Italian olives of the Croatina, Nocellara and Carolea varieties. The entire production process is conducted through technologies that protect the oil as much as possible from contact with oxygen.
Dress halfway between emerald green and golden. The olfactory picture has intense aromas, immediately aromas of almond, cut grass and artichoke. On the palate it is soft, moderately bitter and spicy.
Enhances carpaccio and roasted fish. Also recommended on vegetable marinades and fresh pasta filata cheeses.
