Description
Moscato di Mora Bassa is born in vineyards located in the Pavia area of Montescano, in Lombardy.
It is produced entirely with Moscato grapes, manually harvested in boxes. After fermentation which takes place naturally in steel, the sparkling process takes place by re-fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method.
Moscato di Mora Bassa is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with intense and evident aromas of white flowers, enriched with delicate notes of sage. On the palate it is sweet and harmonious, with a pleasant freshness and persistence.
Ideal in combination with desserts, this choppy white wine is perfect to accompany all fruit-based courses.
