Description
The Opale Spumante Bianco by Franc Lizèr is a refined non-alcoholic alternative produced in Friuli-Venezia Giulia from Chardonnay grapes, via a vinification aimed at maintaining freshness and complexity. Dealcoholization occurs through selective membrane filtration, a delicate process that preserves varietal aromas and structure, ensuring an elegant and lively alcohol-free wine.
The grapes, harvested at the right maturity, are vinified and subsequently refined for six months on fine lees with frequent batonnage. After alcohol removal, the wine is further filtered to guarantee brilliance and clarity.
It presents itself with shades of straw yellow and gold, with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is complex, with notes of green apple, white flowers, citrus, pineapple, mango, and a hint of yeast and dry pastry. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and well-balanced, with a light, creamy structure and a long, floral, and mineral finish.
Perfect with oyster crudités, burrata ravioli with shellfish, or lemon panna cotta.
