Description

Linton Park's Chardonnay, a historic South African winery, originates in the Wellington Valley. The cellar takes advantage of the long experience in the area and the competent guidance of its internal collaborators.

The grapes, 100% Chardonnay, are harvested by hand and fermented for 14 days in steel tanks; the must is then transferred to new barriques where, in the last 7 days, the alcoholic fermentation completes. Refine in French oak barriques, of different passage, for about 12 months.

Its color is straw yellow. The bouquet is fruity and spicy, in its flavors of citrus, pear, apple, banana and a trace of vanilla. In the mouth it moves forward with a good body, with round softness and good freshness, which persists on the finish echoing the citrus tones.

To be combined with chicken Valle d'Aosta.
