Description

White Rhino Chardonnay is a white that originates in South Africa starting from a cooperation between the historic Wellington winery, Linton Park, and the association "Save the Rhino", which works to safeguard the rhino of the African prairies. In order to preserve this animal from extinction, 10% of the revenues obtained from the sales of the "Red Rhino" brand bottles is donated to the association and its work.

The grapes that make up this white, 100% Chardonnay, are carefully picked and transported to the cellar. Here they follow a winemaking process that involves the use of steel only. The result is a fresh and pleasant wine, where the aromaticity of Chardonnay is enhanced in the variety expression.

It has a delicate straw yellow color. The bouquet opens with fruity notes of banana, peach, apple and citrus, followed by a varied set of white flowers. The sip is intense but composed, marked by a beautiful freshness and based on a body of excellent structure.

Perfect to accompany fresh and summer rice salads.
